How should I prepare for my business trip?
Before going on a business trip it is beneficial to ensure that your passport is valid. Some countries require that your passport is valid for 180 days after entry. Visa and/or insurance certificates are required for entry into a few specific countries. If you travel to a country that requires visa make sure you apply well in advance. We always recommend that you check the current travel restrictions for your destination.

Where can I find my insurance policy number?
Please contact your employer for more details of your business travel insurance. You need your policy number e.g. when you file a claim to If or when you contact the alarm central.
How can I get the insurance card?
Please visit digital card page to download your insurance card. This card contains information about your insurance and contact information to our alarm center.

Where can I find information about my travel insurance coverage?
You can find general information about the business travel insurance here. For more detailed information, please contact your employer or you can log on to My pages for employees.
Which clinics can I use abroad?
We recommend you to contact us, we will advise you to the nearest recommended clinic. Please check our contact information in case of sickness or injury. The contact information is also stated on the insurance card.
Business trips to China or USA
Remember to apply for the general visa application for China and USA before you travel. Make sure you have the contact information in case of sickness or injury.
China: You need a visa when traveling to China. You will have to fill out an application and give your fingerprint. Also, you need an invitation from the company you are going to visit in China with specified information such as name, passport number, dates. You see more information about China Visa here.
USA: You should apply for "ESTA" if you are a citizen or eligible national of a Visa Waiver Program Country - More information
Your travel needs to be 90 days or less.

Is it safe to travel to the destination?
Please check the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in your country to get information about your destination. Also follow your employer's travel guidelines.
